Kunst schafft Wissen – Symposium: Oct.10, 2025, 2-8 pm, Vienna University of Technology

Mit dem Symposium KUNST SCHAFFT WISSEN versammelt Karin Harather, Ass.Prof. am Institut für Kunst und Gestaltung, Wegbegleiter:innen und aktuelle Repräsentant:innen der Fakultät, um 40 Jahre der Künstlerischen (Raum-)Forschung, die sie an der Technischen Universität betrieben und etabliert hat, diskursiv zu reflektieren. Mit Kolleg:innen aus unterschiedlichen Dekaden und Generationen wird dem Verhältnis von Kunst und Wissenschaft seit den 1980er-Jahren nachgegangen und die Bedeutung der Künstlerischen Forschung im Kontext der universitären Forschung und Lehre sowie der architektonischen Praxis ausgelotet.

Open Call for residency at Lungomare/ Bolzano (I) // Deadline: June 20, 2025

As a partner of the Creative Europe Cooperation project “Situated Creative Practice for the Pluriverse” (SIT-PLU) Lungomare together with other partners have launched the Open Call SIT-RES for a year-long residency program at Lungomare.

SIT-PLU is a project that aims to address contemporary socio-ecological challenges through cross-disciplinary research and site-specific artistic interventions. It seeks to develop creative, context-responsive methodologies that bridge rural, peri-urban, and urban landscapes.
